Meet Dr. Kathryn Haire

Dr. Kathryn Haire is a graduate of the UK College of Dentistry and the newest member of our team. Dr. Haire is a unique addition to the River Valley Dental family, because she is exactly that—family! As Dr. Thompson’s youngest sibling, Dr. Haire was the natural choice as he sought to expand his dental practice. As a graduate of the class of 2020, Dr. Haire is trained in all aspects of digital dentistry and is eager to utilize state-of-the-art technology in treating patients at the highest level of care.

Dr. Haire was born in Washington D.C. as her father was completing his oral surgery residency at Walter Reid Naval Hospital. As the daughter and younger sister of two dental professionals, dentistry was a career that Dr. Haire was drawn to from a very young age. After several moves with the military, Dr. Haire spent most of her childhood in the city of Bowling Green, KY and she is a 2016 graduate of Western Kentucky University.

While attending college in Bowling Green, Dr. Haire spent several summers working at a nearby church camp for children—Gasper River Catholic Youth Camp. It was there that she met her husband, Logan, and the two were married just after her graduation from WKU in 2016. Logan is a native of Owensboro, KY and a 2014 graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. In their free time, Dr. Haire and her husband, Logan, enjoy volunteering at church, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Haire was chosen to be one of only nine students selected to graduate on time, and she is honored to begin accepting patients beginning July 1, 2020. Dr. Haire and her husband, Logan, are thrilled to be members of the Maysville community. Furthermore, Dr. Haire is pleased to continue our mission of providing top quality dental care to the people of Mason County and beyond.
